Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how clients may cancel services with Cylio LLC ("Cylio") and the effects of cancellation on active engagements.
How to Cancel
To cancel a service or project, please notify us in writing by emailing support@cylio.io. Your cancellation request should include your name, project details, and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees, subject to the terms of your project agreement.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If work is already in progress, cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the project. You may be responsible for payment covering:
- Work already completed up to the date of cancellation
- Third-party costs or commitments made on your behalf
- Any cancellation fees specified in the project agreement
Cancellation by Cylio
Cylio reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if a client fails to make required payments, breaches the terms of the project agreement, or engages in conduct that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, Cylio will deliver any completed work product to the client, subject to full payment for services rendered. Access to any active project materials or accounts may be suspended until outstanding balances are settled.
Reactivation
If you wish to resume a cancelled project, please contact us. Reactivation is subject to availability and may require a new project agreement.
