Please include your name, the email address associated with your interactions with Cylio, and a description of your request.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use reasonable methods to confirm that you are the person whose data is the subject of the request.

Response Timeframes

We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and aim to fulfill it within thirty (30) calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and expected completion date.

Limitations

In some cases, we may not be able to fully honor a request — for example, if deletion would prevent us from fulfilling a legal obligation, completing a transaction, or if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, we will explain the reason for our decision.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may independently verify your identity.
