Cylio LLC ("Cylio") respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains how to notify us of potential copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website (e.g., URL)
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Cylio will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of repeat infringers.

Good Faith

Please note that submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification carries legal consequences. Misrepresentation of infringement may result in liability for damages. We recommend consulting legal counsel before submitting a notice.
